Having depression during pregnancy makes it hard to even get out of bed. How am I going to take care of a newborn in 3 weeks if I can't even get out of bed

Well I was about to go to bed...and then I get stung by this thing.
I can't get woke up for anything.. Josiah and eliana are awake and I don't even want to get out of bed 😩
I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
All the kiddos are awake and I don’t even want to get out of bed 😩😩
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Pregnancy is hard. Really hard actually. Your body and brain are constantly going through drastic changes. You literally become a jekyl and Hyde. And chances are, you will develop PPD. And that's ok. I had/have both too. You are definitely not alone. What I found helped me out was to listen to music that made me happy, do crafts for my house or for baby to keep my mind busy, talk with my SO about my feelings and get reassurance that I was still thought of as beautiful and loved and then I would look in the mirror and remind myself that it's only temporary. And that a new baby is worth the hell. And, that there could be so much more wrong with me and my life, that it's not fair for me to harp on the petty shit.
If you need a talk. I'm here.
