We use saline spray as well! I always had trouble with the little suction things they give you at the hospital and it never seemed to work. The Nose Frida is honestly a life saver.

I have been skeptical of this in the past but with this dry Michigan winter my poor baby has a dry stuffy nose. I may try it if it works so good!! Thanks for sharing! We use saline spray also to loosen the stuff first.

Everyone called me so nasty when I got one! But my little one wasn't even a month yet and that suction thing from the hospital was not working! This cleared her up so fast!
