I've found myself in a little bit of turmoil with myself. I am no longer with my kids father and I'm in school in Kentucky. I recently started talking to someone younger than me but he seems really mature for his age, he knows I have three kids and asks about them all the time, he is about to start college to go to be a mechanic and I'm about to go to college to be a nurse. The only thing that's my problem is that I'm 22 and he is 19, I feel weird dating someone younger than me but he is very nice and sweet and smart. Any advice?

@vmorris1103, as long as he is mature to your standards and can handle dating with "purpose" then go for it. Personally, I prefer someone older, but I've learned AGE IS A NUMBER and maturity is not defined by those parameters. It would be so much easier if it was ...lol..
Age is just a number haha. It really is just his attitude and actions that matters. If he shows you that he is mature then go for it!

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
I always dated guys older. I'm currently going to college and I'm 26 years old with 3 kids and I'm dating a guy who is 19, who is going to be a mechanic also. Age is just a number in my opinion. As long as he's mature, like my guy is, and can understand you have kids and they come first and is good with them, then I say go for it! I was alil weird about the age for alil but but then I just stopped letting it bother me and he's amazing with my kids and they love him to death. Don't let age stop you. 😊😊😊
