Hey ladies, I'm new on here and wanted to see if you gals could help me out! I'm 7 weeks along and I have the worst nausea ALL THE TIME. I feel guilty because the only things that really help with the nausea for me are saltines and Tostitos chips, and they have no nutritional value. Any tips or suggestions to get through these next few weeks?
I survived off of wonton soup and white rice for 3 weeks on my first trimester. The sea band was like putting a bandaid over my mouth to hold the morning sickness in.

as long as you eat/drink something you should be fine and your prenatal vitamins if you can
Get a diffuser and definitely try watermelon or watermelon juice anything with ginger and anything sour
Obgyn gave diclegis, and I had my fridge full of ginger ale. First trimester you should just concentrate on keeping your prenatal vitamins down. I ate a lot of oranges with salt on them. Apples with salt on them.
