Anybody give their LO Tylenol or ibuprofen before their shots? Everyone keeps telling me to give Owen some before his shots tomorrow but I didn't think he was old enough? Hell be 3 months old tomorrow.

I don't give medicine before shots, then you won't know if the shot caused a fever or not. You need to know that stuff. I haven't and my LO has done great for all his shots.

I never give my daughter Tylenol before her shots. I only give it to her after her shots and only if she needs it. When you get his shots ask his pedi the dose for his age and weight. She will calculate it for you just in case you need to give it to him.

Tylenol is okay, check with your Dr for the correct dose. No ibuprofen until after baby is 6 months old though.
