Has anyone tried lactation foods ?
Ex; the lactation bars, the lactation cookies &' teas ?
What are your taughts on them ?

@irmabernal92 the cookies helped with my milk and the constant hunger from nursing the fenugreek capsules worked great but they make you smell like syrup lol
