So my apt complex has a small gym, just a few machines. Ive always wanted to use it, but I have no one to watch my kids! Do you think it would be okay to bring my 3 year old with his iPad and my 1 year old with some toys in their double stroller?

Sounds perfectly fine to me! I don't see anything wrong with it

yeah try it out. if it becomes a problem then of course figure something else out. but shouldn't be!
