i have super dry skin too and the cetaphil lotion...omg it works wonders. Also when it comes to foundation its not so much about the foundation as it is about the primer. i use the hourglass one from Sephora and the Smashbox photo finish(i think thats what its called) foundation. the lady at ulta recommended it to me for dry skin 😊

I'm a skin care junky I use Garnier Skin Active and I never wear foundation super bad for your skin.
