When I had mine I hand expressed in the shower. I got mine when my son was 3 weeks and I had stopped breastfeeding so I had no problem letting it all out in the shower. You can pump it out. Nurse more on that boob. Put a HOT compress on it. Girl my chi chis would be red as hell after the shower thats how hot I had the water. If you let baby nurse on it try on all 4s so babys chin is facing the lump.

get in a hot shower and let some of the milk run out
