Question!!
Is it true that breastfeeding cause osteoporosis?
I didn't feel any problems on my knees for first 1-2 weeks after delivery,
But I feel my knees r a lot weaker than it used to be.
I produce 8.5 oz every 3 hours.
I don't know if weak knees r caused from too much breastmilk(take out calcium from my knees) :/
+ my baby can't really suck well because of pressure from too much milk. Any solutions?

yes when my son was 3 months i pulled the muscles in my back and pinched my nurve and they told me it was because things were still stretched out and that it takes a while for things to go beck to normal@doo778

Not my knees, but my teeth. My teeth hurt and don't feel as strong. I totally feel like it's from being pregnant and then breastfeeding.

its due to hormones that your joints are sore.
if baby can't latch because you have too much milk then pump a little first and try to put baby on again.

I never heard that. But my knees seem to be a lot weaker since I gave birth too. But it could be from the all the extra weight I carried from my pregnancy. I went from 107 lbs to 167 do to preeclampsia. I was very small though my whole pregnancy until my last two months. Now I'm 109lbs.
