Having such a hard time... My son's "father" has never been a great person. He did something's while I was pregnant that were extremely inappropriate causing me to have to walk away from the relationship. From 4 months pregnant till the time I gave birth in April 2016 we had done our best to be civil for the baby. On multiple occasions he (the father) proved that he was and is not ready to grow up, mind you he has 5 now 6 kids and is 25 but wants to get high and drunk with 18 and under people. Whatever he does on his time cool, he does this while he is watching his children all under 3... After I had Brayden when he was a month old I had found out from a mutual friend that he had had multiple people over in the middle of the day to take dabs and drink all while his children were with him and it was in that moment that I decided this was not the example I wanted for my son... For the last 8 months he has not asked once to see Brayden or anything but today I was served with court papers for custody. I'm so hurt and scared! I'm so worried for my baby to ever be there. Luckily I still breastfeed, I'm hoping that will save me from some nights where my baby has to be away for now😔

tell them about his drug use. they have to test him. And push it for them to see his life style. give them all the proof you have that he is a pos.

@allyk.xmommy, I heard that since CO is a weed friendly state that they will disregard it. I'm trying to get everything in place now but I've never been so scared in my entire life.

@braydensmommy416 of he doesn't have a card for it, it's illegal. And dabs are not legal. prove he has had NOTHING to do with your baby. including financially. you got this mama. he's just playing games

If someone tried to take my kid from me I'd find all the dirt I could on him and then show it all in court, pictures are the best things for this type of thing if you could some how get pictures of him in the act then that would help you a lot, and he also will more then likely be drug tested and if you do ever get pictures make sure they are clear and not blurry and make sure you can clearly see his face because then he cant deny it and say that its not him

@amberjacq, well he's staying hard now after months of not asking once to see Brayden. It's just a game to him. He's a narcissist and showed signs of being mentally and verbally abusive.

you're welcome. my step dad gets tested every 2 weeks bc he lives with my mom and my mom wanted visitation of the kids. she gets random home visits too.

@braydensmommy416 oh he's one of those... 😒 my real dad walks in and out of mine and my two older siblings lives all the time and its a game to him too he only comes around when he gets a new girlfriend or wife but he's not abusive or an addict he's just a really crappy dad 💔

@braydensmommy416 just make sure to get as much evidence as possible the kind of environment that hes living and putting his kids in. Also make sure to get evidence that he hasnt asked to see brayden in 8 months!! You got this 👍😀
