Ugh my milk is definitely drying up. On day two of mothers milk tea. Anyone have any luck with that?

i recommend giving these a try! i had the same issue and these really helped me and i seen fast results! like the next day. i heard the tea doesn't work that well. and you can buy these at target!

its normal for your supply to go up and down like that to meet the baby needs. I wouldn't worry about it unless shes losing weight.

@kambam Yeah I ebf but she's been going longer between feedings and I think that's what is causing it. 🙁

if you are able to breastfeed its the best way to keep your supply. the tea isn't a fix for that.
