Ok mommas, I'm really struggling. sorry this is really long BUT I NEED HELP! I am debating about going back to court...again. after I request a new judge. the reason I'm debating is because I've done been 5 times since August. this judge has it out for me since my ex gave them my wrong address and I missed 3 court dates. anyway I'm thinking about going back because my ex gf who has no rights in this or any court case picked up my daughter today then told me she could pick her up without my ex if she wanted too when according to our papers she has NO rights. I'm not even supposed to be talking to her but my ex refuses to talk to me even when court ordered. anyways..sorry. she texted saying she was at my house I said ok I'm getting her ready she'll be out in a sec and she texted back NO I'll b coming in to get her then spent 10 minutes trying to get into my house. Like wtf! usually she just bardges in without my permission I got tired of it and locked my doors. then I tried to talk to my ex about our daughter's behavior at school amd he gave me the back of his head keeping his eyes on his bitch. ignoring I'm trying co- parent with him and tell him out daughter had some trouble yesterday. how do I go about bringing this up at court where they will take me seriously?!

Jefferson County courts suck!!! I used to live there and had to go to court bunches of times over my ex. If the court papers say that he is the ONLY one to pick her up and she shows up call the sheriff. They won't make you give her to her. If there is no specific person that can only pick her up then I don't think there is anything you can do about her picking her up. You can make it where he is the only one. I'd do it
Sounds like she needs to learn her place and stay there. She's getting entirely too involved in you and your exes parenting and she needs to learn that or stay out of your daughters life.
I think the worst thing to do is take it to court. You are giving your power to someone who.is looking on the outside in and that is the worst. the situation just sounds awful but she has no rights to.pick.up your child so.my kid wouldn't be going with her. He needs to be the one to.pick her up until they are married. I would call the police if she barged in my home and I would document each time she did that as well as everytime he sent someone other than himself to.pick our child up.
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
my baby daddy's ex wife works at the hospital I'm having my daughter she is just a cleaning lady she tell me they let her move the babies around I'm scared this women will take my baby she even tells me if I have my baby early she could see her ever day .. my doctor only delivers at this hospital I don't know what to do . this is why I don't want to have my baby early ..
Ok so there's this girl that won't leave my man alone... She's a crazy ex and I want to know what I should do.... I have the same going on my ex thinks his mom is allowed to pick my daughter up but our papers say its the non custodial parents job to do pick ups and drop offs and he never does he always sends his mom so this time I kept my daughter bc it wasnt him who came so I'd say document everything @brendasue502
