breast feeding moms...question. if you strictly pump and bottle feed to where you dont latch baby on.....but you're giving baby formula to try to get a good supply going but you want to start breastfeeding again what's the best way to start getting your milk supply back?

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
when did you mommies start feeding your baby food??
When did you guys first start getting checked for dilation and for what position the the baby is in ?
At what age did you start feeding your baby cows milk ?

@cubanese I have this small red dot on one of my breasts it's a little tender but it doesn't hurt and I don't know what that could be from do you have any idea?
