breast feeding moms...question. if you strictly pump and bottle feed to where you dont latch baby on.....but you're giving baby formula to try to get a good supply going but you want to start breastfeeding again what's the best way to start getting your milk supply back?

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
