I have to do the same because of the same reason but ill send you a link of whats best for producing more milk and really helped me, also a pacifier helped me during feedings because while im producing a bit more he has a pacifier to sooth him, he does stay awake a bit more but its better to keep them calm while milk produces

soak his clothes in hot water to get it off his clothes

Are you sure hes hungry when he sucks on his fingers? It could just be his way of self comfort if hes not taking a pacifier.
@villanuevaleesa, yea I wait until he gets hungry then in the meantime I pump. When I feed him I wait till he dislaches to move him to the other breast & wait till he is done & I see him eating his fingers & that's when I supplement never fails to hear him have that explosive diarrhea
It didn't help me either😕 Yes any drinks with electrolytes help boost milk. Have you tried pumping ?
@andrewsmommy, I drink mothers milk everyday i don't see a change. I put milk in it as well. Also, any type of Gatorade?

@lovenate, yes believe me that will help you feel more positive and help you ! Dont give up! Its possible!! I was about to throw away the towel but now! I love it ! Nursing my baby is the best feeling ever!!
