how long did you mom's wait after having baby to have sex? I'm almost 4 weeks post partum and was thinking about maybe trying. help please need advice.

i did it at 2 weeks but kinda wish i didnt.. haha but i was thinking about trying again
6 weeks and it took a little getting used too all over again

@callycat, I think you should be fine. Just take it slow! I had a couple of stitches & they were still not dissolved at the time.
I think you will be fine just be sure to stay clean down there after, but you are the one who can judge what you think you can handle or not.(:
@shyshy2.3 @yrivas93 I didn't tear or have to have stitches so do you think I would still be okay? I'll be 4 weeks post partum on Tuesday.
I lasted 4wks and said screw it 😂 tbh it was the most romantic sex I ever had because of how slow we had to go because of me healing from stitches it hurt a little but not a ton. just make sure you stay clean down low and you should be good.
i think you should wait until your doctor gives you the ok on sex
