I got diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection I don't feel good at all. I went to the doctors this morning my so went with me and watched the baby while I got checked out he was there when the doctor told me to REST I lay down for 20 minutes while the baby takes a nap and get a woken up because his friend needs him and he's leaving. So I have to take care of the baby and he doesn't see that I want him to take care of me and her and leaves to help his friend instead.. now I can't even rest like the doctor told me too...

that's so messed up and irresponsible, the least he could do is help with his sick daughter so his sick girlfriend can get better. what a jerk.

That's the thing I did tell him I needed him @sunnyribbons, he told me he didn't want to be stuck in the house all day bored. & @queeenb, I can take care of myself I was just really shaky earlier from a breathing treatment the medicine makes me feel paranoid and really shaky. I just wanted him here to take care of the baby and help me. She's already sick, she isn't as bad just a runny nose and cough and I already talked to her pedi and they said to just watch it and use a humidifier and clean out her nose when I can.

it sucks being sick, you can take care of yourself. but, he should be home helping with the baby, does he want her sick too?

My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
