My husband works all day and most of the night till 11pm. It could be really stressful at times with the baby and sometimes depressing when the baby is asleep because the feeling of loneliness that takes over. I use to work full time and plan on returning soon but some days are harder than others. How do other mommys who have husbands working till very late deal with this?

@momma11-16, I completely understand you. Maybe we can be chat buddies when we feel lonely? lol I almost feel pathetic saying that. It's just hard and I feel relieved that someone also gets it. It's also overwhelming for my husband to come so late when it comes to taking care of the baby. I obviously enjoy every moment with my child but some diapers are too much and wish I had a hand with them. He's like your man pretty much gets home shower eat and sleep. :/

I'm wondering the same exact thing. My boyfriend leaves at 5am returns at 7pm eats and falls asleep on the couch 😨. I've never felt so lonely in my life lol. I know I can't expect to much. But it would be nice if he just took the time out and made plans for just the two of us. That way the connection doesn't seem like its dying. IDK how many more times I have to voice this. Some days I get it but some days I'm so lonely I feel like I should be by myself at least then I'll be happy.

Idk if this is a little to harsh but my stepson is 2 and 7 months now the time outs are not working so I stepped it up a little and decided to take all toys away and tv away for whatever he has left of the day till bed time. Gets it taken for hitting us or throwing toys or kicking... He kicked me right in the mouth last night so he didn't get his toys till after nap and no cartoons and thats around 4pm is this to much??
