Do people bother with a birthing plan or is there no point? Didn't know anything about them until…

I had one, and it went out the window! The midwives checked it a couple of times, but mostly they asked me throughout what I wanted to do. I think it's helpful if you're not really with it, for example you're exhausted or drowsy from drugs, they can get a clear idea of what you want, but don't make one and expect to stick to it rigidly xx

Ahhh I might just do a brief one and keep it in my bag just in case and just go with the flow, suppose anything can happen really xx

Never bothered I'd rather just go with the flow. You'd only be disappointed if u didn't stick to it xx

You could have one but yeah it pretty much goes its own way... lol.. i just wrote down who would be in room, water birth if possible, no drugs, My OH to dress baby. xx
