What can I do for a clogged duct? I've manually pumped, I nurse but she doesn't want to on the side that's clogged. I've put heat to it. Gonna try hot shower. Anything else I can do?

I've heard that you can lay your baby down and feed your baby while hanging over her. Sounds weird but I read this on google

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I had a uncomfertable cramping going on at 12:37 now I just got it again at 12:43 can Braxton hicks do,that ? for,the last few days I've been feeling a lot of these and they seem to get worse .
My babies so constipated it's hurting her what can I do to help? I've tried everything I can think of 😩😢
not much you can do but definitely try the hot shower and massage them while in the shower ot may hurt at first but it'll get the milk flowing down
