Mommies of three!! I need your advice, on how awesome it was to add a third child or how difficult it is now that you have three. We thinking of adding a third but I'm super scared of the challenge.

It's not hard when the kids are older. Stick to the older kids routines and baby will fit right in. I have 4 older girls, ages 5-8 and it's not that bad. I'm tired but that's about it.
