Missing being a stay at home mom...Scared to make the change. Any of you ever went from working full time (outside of the home) to either staying at home or working from home?
I was a SAHM full time until this week. Honestly the transition from being a SAHM to working full time is a lot harder than I expected. I take care of my boy during the day but I work at night during the week. I don't mind working to bring a little more money in the house to save up and do fun trips with my son :)
I stayed home with my son for the first 3 years, then me and his father split. Married my now-husband (my son's stepdad) and we would probably be just fine with just his income (and I would probably work super part time or babysit for extra money), but still nervous. I just feel like we never have time for anything and kiddo is basically being raised by someone else. I've always liked the housewife role.
I been working since I was 16 I'm now 28 with my first baby and I work full time I really want to work from home to but deft scared to make the change u r not alone lol
I'm used to working 20hrs or more a day. So to go from that to a stay at home mom has left me soooooo bored! I need a hobby. Any suggestions?
Who else is a stay at home mom? 💗
Being a stay at home mother is not bad first of all back in the days females could stay home cause the father would work for the mother of his children to stay at home
Now because yall baby daddies be so broke u need to work to or a single mother yall wanna bash stay at homes
Dont be mad at us be glad you still got men out here that makes enough to let mothers like me to be a stay at home mom to nature n watch child grow instead of missing 8 plus hours a day that u cant get back
Point is dont ...
I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Better stay away from us 🤣
@beebaby how was it stressful for you? Do you mean financially or emotionally or just a combination of things?
