I had a natural birth with my daughter. It was the quickest 4 hours of my life. Went into the hospital already 5 cm and was only having minimal back pain. Stay active it truly helps.

I went natural. but there's a lot of options for pain not just the epidural.

natural would mean no epidural. any time you introduce methods like epidural, other pain killers, & so on you're adding risk-- these things come with a risk & can cause issues of course. that's why they say low risk healthy moms to be are technically safer going 100% natural without medical intervention (unless needed) because you're adding no risk to your low risk birth.

I had an epidural and no back pain afterwards. You doubt know how you'll handle labor until you're in it, so try to keep an open mind regarding pain management

I had an epidural and I'd do it again in a heartbeat! I was actually able to enjoy my labor and I have absolutely no back pain! The only thing that was negative, was that it was harder to push since I wasn't able to feel everything.

I wanted to go natural but the pain was too much and I wussed out 😞

I've had two natural births. one in 2013 and it was 6 hours. the most recent in 2016; I was induced and it took 16 hours.

I did it natural! It was pretty amazing. Hard but amazing. If you want to do it prepare your mind and body!

I had an epidural.. they had to stick me twice... didn't go in the first time.. it's been almost 2 years since and thank God I haven't had any problems
