Too much cuteness!

My friend is dealing with horrible 4 month sleep regression. Her girl doesn't sleep for more then an hour. She has tried swaddling, bedtime routine, magic suit and nothing is working. Any suggestions? She is going crazy.

I'm going back to work for two weeks next week (then I'm off until December). How much milk should I leave for my 3 month old? Any other tips?

Ladies...the skin under her hair line is just cradle cap right?!

My 3 month old has cried more in the last two days then ever! No fever, plenty of wet diapers, don't think it's has, and no issues with breastfeeding. Maybe a growth spurt?! I'm perplexed??!
