When did everyone tell their other kids when they were getting a baby brother or sister? My husband and I have decided to put it off for a bit at least before our first Ob appointment. And if so- any suggestions for surprising her? I want her to feel special too!! Thanks!

We told after the first ultrasound and they said the baby was healthy with a good strong heartbeat. We got them shirts that said big brother and biggest brother with an ultrasound pic in there. They thought we were joking tho.. lol
