@kambam, I've been doing epsom salt soaks before and after nursing. Massage after. I start nursing on that side every time but I can only handle it for a minute or so. Pump on that side after feeding. Lanolin and anti fungal (we have thrush) between feedings. Olive oil and massage 3x a day.
yeah I can imagine. are you treating it at all? those shields that go over your nipples under your clothes so they dont rub are good or the hydrogel nipple pads.
@kambam, only a few days but the pain is so bad it's worse than labor. It makes me tear up anytime my clothes rub it even.
idk you can call a LAC or your doc to see if they're concerned but its a bitch to heal with the thrush too.
