ok i didnt get to pump or breastfeed my baby all day. (lucky i had extra milk.) is this a good amount. i pump just now till nothing eles came out.

off one breast? for a 5 month old, that's one feeding. I can never pump enough. I am struggling to get 15 ozs out throughout the day to leave for when I am at work, but I seem to only pump 10-12 ozs all day at work.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
