So for Christmas my boyfriend (daughters dad) and I got served with court papers from his mother. (She wants visitation rights) be like I've told everyone I'm fine with her wanting visitation (not that she never had them she just has never asked to spend time with my daughter) but she wants to be able to take my daughter out of state and take away our holidays. I feel like she's doing to much. I'm not against visitation I just don't understand why after 7 years she now wants to be involved when she's has 7 years to do it. I have never ever told her no, even texted her and told her that. But she still refuses to ask to see my daughter or even ask how she is doing.
This has had me upset since I got the court papers and my anxiety had been really messed up.

if you want to fight it i would save the text if you still have them of you seeing if she wants to see her and stuff. idk much but hopefully it will keep you in control of who you want your daughter to spend holidays with.

Unfortunately texts can't be used, only emails, Facebook, and instagram can. Dumb I know smh. I just wish she could've been a woman about it and talked to me. But she decided to sit there and be little me, talk crap to me while my daughter was in the next room so I didn't let my daughter go over for a while.
