I need some help guys. my son is so spoiled and he really acts up in school. We live with my parents right now and we are moving soon but my Mom is always undermining my authority. My mom is completely crazy, evil, and delusional. She loves to call me out of my name and yell at me in front of my son and she always talks over people. I feel like he is doing the same time. Any suggestions?

It's a good thing your moving soon, I feel like you guys need to be out of there. No one should ever undermine you as a parent especially in front of your children because they will think it's ok and it's not. Disrespect is not ok from an adult or a child.
Put your foot down with your mom. Tell her you're an adult and don't need to be yelled at like a child. If she doesn't like it and says leave then leave. For your son, put your foot down also. He yells at your do time out or your regular way of punishment. He talks over you talk louder than him and tell him he can talk when you're finished. He gets mad and stomps his feet let him. dont let him get his way
I guess the thing is.. i don't want her to put us out. We need this, room until we get all the money and we are so close
