I need weight loss, support big time. I don't have many friends and I need motivation.
@itsnmysoul, I'm just starting to workout again I hates working out for a long time then it became a habit, now post pregnancy I'm doing most of my working out at home. I dropped a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle before pregnancy so I'm motivated to get that back. Take it one step at a time and u will begin to love it 💜💪🏼
I'll tell you this much, once you start it's tough but within a few days you'll become addicted!
