@heatherlg88, Yes! I rubbed it a ton and bought those Lansinoh hearing and cooking breast pad things and then I pumped a lot and had Layden nurse right after taking the heating pack off! I hate clogged ducts. They hurt soooo bad!

I put hot rags on mine & rubbed it alot. it is painful, but helped it clear. & I let her nurse on that side, nose facing upwards towards clogged duct. it worked.

I had clogged ducts a few times first 2 months. It hurt so bad, and lasted 2-3 days sometimes, I was afraid I'd get mastitis. What really helped is taking a hot shower, then pumping a little and then breastfeed right away, it will hurt but baby will unclog it.

theres soy lecithin but I recommend sunflower lecithin.

I also started taking lecithin to break up the clogs (supposedly) but it seems to help

it just takes time for mine. hold a heat pack on it while nursing that side or press and massage it with as much pressure as comfortable while nursing. takes me a week sometimes
