Good morning 🤗 holy shit, I just started to doing yoga and working out at the gym and my body is HURTIN, I'm trying to live a healthier life style but I could use some pointers. Any advice ladies?!?I've got 5 kids, two of my own and 3 that I foster. My diet sucks and I barley have any personal time. I'm struggling with anxiety at the moment and hoping that I can find some self coping skills and ease it down.

I just started going to the gym. So just have to make sure I keep going.i definitely have start eating healthier, that's my greatest down fall. In my house we just eat all sorts of unhealthy foods. I would like to transition myself and everyone else in the house into healthier eating.it can be such a pain cause the kids like certain foods.ive heard not eating passed 8 is very helpful thanks for the tip .genesismommy26.

My ex husband was a dietary counselor, he said water was important of course, but dieting/working out/losing weight is 20%the gym and 80% what you eat.
Just do smaller meals in the day but do 6, and try not to eat after a certain time.

It is easier sometimes to include them. I was on a 3 meal 3 snack regiment and lost a tone. You gotta switch up the routine though. don't wanna do the same thing all the time

We love water,I haven't thought of having the kids join me working out. That's a great idea. They would love that. Might drive me a little crazy in the the process. Lol 😝 but I'll still get my work out time in and could teach them a lil something about healthier living.

you need to make sure and eat a lot. you can include you kids in the workout if possible.
