If you have been following me you know I want to breastfeed my baby. My question, rather situation, is this. My right nipple I pierced and my plan was to remove it only for feedings. I know doing so every time is going to be a head ache but I don't want to give up my piercings because I have a baby. Question: is this selfish of me?
I think just get them re pierced after you stop breastfeeding. The breastmilk benefits your baby so much, it's a very good sacrifice and it can always be redone.
especially in the middle of the night, youre not going to want to be awake with a screaming baby let alone take out and put back in a nipple ring/barbel... i had both of mine done and i took them out because to begin with your nipples are going to hurt so bad the first few weeks, your not going to want baby to even touch them let alone be poking a sore cracked nipple with anything pointed at all... but hey i hope it works out how you want momma
no not selfish bit of you want to breast feed than that's going to have to be a sacrifice that you will have to make ... you can always get it re priced when you done breastfeeding for good ... if you placed it back in everyone after you got done great feeding you would be doing that a lot ... baby's eat a lot and you never know when he/she will want some more . I say take it out let the whole close so baby don't get no germs or bacteria from it .

I took mine out for breast-feeding, I'm just going to get them re-pierced.
