Anyone with constant nausea found relief?
Actual relief.. I am having tons of advice thrown at me but it's coming from everyone and their mother.. I want to hear from someone who was actually MISERABLE.. Nauseous morning, noon and night and found relief in something.
I've tried ginger, sour candy, saltines, warm foods, popsicles, ice water, Gatorade, and lately unisom & B6.
Please don't comment if you weren't actually nauseous all day and night cuz it's unbearable.
and yeah preggie pops are suckers or hard candies. super yummy lol. kinda worked for me
I was ALWAYS sick. I eventually ended up eating a few crackers first. when you get up, before your head even leaves that pillow, eat some crackers. my obgyn told me this and it helped. at some point I started eating normal again, and if I thrrw up I did, but I held it down as long as possible for baby to get some of it. then I tried again a bit later
I was horribly nauseated all day & night for the first 16 weeks UGH. I tried all that u did. Try the seabands , preggie pops, ginger snaps, chewing mint gum, cool towel on head laying down. those helped me greatly. if nothing helps u can get a prescription for nausea meds from Doc too.
girl I had it so bad too. Nothing really helped besides the meds my ob prescribed and they didnt even really help just put me to sleep. it got a lot better once i hit the second trimester.

I remember when i first found out i was pregnant. 😄The bottom one was from the Morning && the top one was from the night.

I just want to share my ring I got today. It's from a company called ashes into glass.
I have no friends! ?
I have no actual proper friends! I never go on nights out cos I don't have friends to go with! It doesn't usually bother me but it's starting too! My oh is busy helping his friend move today and then tonight he's out at the boxing with his mates and out after! Rhys is at his dads so it's just me and Isabella! ??
Movie Quote Game!!
What movie is this from?!? (guess it then it's your turn)!
Thanks everyone. I called my doctor crying because I know I'm dehydrated. The doctor on call called in Promethazine. So far it's not working :/
