@jsco, I'm still coughing up a lot of mucus and my theist is achey but I took some Tylenol that's helping with the throats pain

gargle salt water. it tastes nasty but it works really well. do it a couple times a day. gotta make it real salty tho lol my grandma made us do it all the time and it was like torture

I'm using ZICAM which is pretty awesome. you can get it from Walmart or Walgreens , and some honey and lime tea. @kedrababy, ❤️ feel better mama

I would say drink MANSANILLA with lime and honey it will help alot
