Ugh i hated that freaken pain; unbearable and honestly no matter what you do they will still hurt. Cause your milk supply is barely coming in. Your body will adjust in about 1 week to 2 weeks to how much your baby needs... You can definately buy a cheap manual pump to release a little pain... Because a baby will not latch to a hard engorged breast...

Massage the milk and WIC will definitely help you they even give breast pumps

Can you call up WIC in your area and see if you can get a loaner pump? Or talk to a lactation specialist about getting baby to latch?

have a hot shower and massage them! it won't feel great but you'll feel so much better after
