Mothers, have any of you had to deliver your baby without proof of insurance? If so what happened. I've been waiting my entire pregnancy for my medical card and have yet to receive it. I'm due next month and I'm worried. I need to register at the hospital and can't do it without my medical card. (I've been calling and calling and they are impossible to reach :((( )

have you already gotten approved? If yea then you can call get your Id number and print out a temporary card online.

I received my approval letter last month stating that I got approved in august! I've been calling but they always disconnect my calls. I'm getting so frustrated with them :( @jcbaby,

You don't need the card. You can call and get your ID number, I got like 5 visits including my initial emergency room visit without a problem they just asked for social and my ID number
