My poor baby, he had his 4 month shots today and he's feeling pretty rotten from them, on top of already not feeling good with a cold. He has a fever and we both just fell asleep and he woke up screaming crying and I felt so bad cause idk what caused it but he was so upset 😢 He's also very jumpy and flinching way more than he usually does. I know these things happen after shots and I'd rather him feel crappy for a couple days then end up deathly ill for something I didn't vaccinate him for. I still just feel bad he feels so miserable 🙁 I'm pro vaccinations, so please don't lecture me on why you choose not too. Thanks!

@missjess 4 month shots are the only ones that my son had a reaction to

Yeah@b3autifulm3ss, he wasn't like this with his 2 month. Yeah he didn't feel good and was really sleepy but he was fine the next day. This time he has a high fever and is really cranky and crying and I just feel so bad 😣

They aren't suppose to give shots if their sick. Did you let them know he had a cold?

Yes they knew. They said cause he didn't have a fever that it was ok to give them, because my mom had said prior that they may not give the shots due to him having a cold... 🙁 I'm a little worried. If he isn't better by tomorrow afternoon And his fever hasn't gone down I may take him to the ER to make sure he's ok. @andrewsmommy,

Yeah I've given him acetaminophen and he's been eating. But his fever keeps fluctuating. That's why I'm going to wait a little before i decide if he needs to be seen or not. @beebaby,

I didnt think they immunized while sick either. Hope he feels better!!

They still wouldn't give my son his shots when he had a cold even without a fever. Maybe thats why his feved keeps going up.
