so I hate push ups and can't do them properly to save my life what exercise can I do that I get the same full benefits of a push up but isn't a push up? if that makes sense
I do planks. I'm starting a new workout it's three month at home workout but it has push ups. how should I do it? Like if I'm suppose to do five push ups how should I replace it with a plank?@beebaby
