can I take emergen-c? the immune booster kind?

Me too! I just went and got soup and OJ cause I don't know what's safe to take. I see my doctor later, I'm going to ask. It seems like everyone around 34 weeks is sick.. so weird.

Apparently Tylenol cold and fever is ok but I couldn't find any that wasn't extra strength. let me know what your dr says! I'm fricken miserable @thismakesthree

Sometimes having the flu while pregnant isn't a good thing, did you call your doctor at all?

Are you taking a prenatal vitamin daily?? I think it's possible to OD on vitamins. I know too much of certain vitamins can have a negative impact on baby but idk for sure

I would just ask your doctor! Or get the Ovia pregnancy app it has a huge list of medicine and tells you what you can and can not take! And you just pee vitamin C out... so you won't overdose on vitamin C. It would take A LOT to overdose on a vitamin! ☺️

I just looked on the list and vitamin C is completely ok to take ☺️
