I haven't dealt with this yet so idk what to do , so I took my daughters temp it was 101.7, she has a slight cough , and red blotches on her face. She is a little cranky but still playful for the most part. What should I do ?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
