really I get more from my electric. I also use my hands to help express while pumping as well. once I got 10 oz this way

I find my medela hand pump to be more efficient than my medela pump in style electric pump. I have been favoring my hand pump for a month or two. It takes a bit more effort, but I get more milk in a shorter period of time.
