Does anyone else have horrible dreams that just make you feel depressed ?? I can't just avoid sleep…

I got really terrible dreams early in my pregnancy. I'd always wake up crying and super depressed.

All I can do is just try to distract myself and tell myself it was just a dream even though it feels so real and sometimes involves stuff that bothers me in my actual daily life.
