so my milk really decreased, I can barely get an 1.5 ounces out every three hrs. I started taking birthcontrol 2 weeks ago and already got my period so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. should i just finish this pack and then stop so I don't mess up my supply. I'm exclusively pumping and would like to discontinue supplementing with formula but I'm not pumping enough right now. I did 2 hrs of power pumping today and will do another hour or two tonight. any suggestions to help get my supply back up? I'm also taking fenugreek

I wouldn't finish it. I would definitely ask to switch ASAP. I'm sorry, your doctor's should have known :(
@ciraclesmiracle I did tell them in breastfeeding, they also sucked as doctors through my whole pregnancy. should i not even finish this pack then?
Tri-cyclen ol has estrogen. That's what's killing your supply. If you keep taking it your milk will dry up completely. The mini pill is progesterone only. Did you tell your healthcare provider you're breastfeeding?!?!
what kind of birth control are you on? the mini pill is the only one that shouldn't affect your supply.
Omg--I am so angry for you. That's incompetent. I would stop taking the pills and find a new doctor's office.
