@momtobeagain my bby tends to flip all the damm time

I took 2 cups only over the weekend and got a little bit of mild contractions. then my husband stimulated my nipples with his hands for like 15 minutes and I had 2 STRONG contractions. yesterday at my appointment I went from not being dilated to 2cm . the only thing is I have to exercise more cause baby is still too high. but doctor said that she could drop the same day I go on labor. @derisjrmommy @hernandez @mommi2allgirls3

yea take like 3 cups a day but I'ma find out when this mommy txt me BK and I'll tell u @derisjrmommy
