eat some warm broth like chicken noodle soup or ramen noodles crushed up really small. before i got my tonsils taken out that would always help. It hurts to swallow but helped the swelling go down

Theirs not really much you can take for it due to the fact you being pregnant. Only thing I could recommend is to take some tylenol and gargle with warm salt water.
