I asked a pharmacist this same question when I was taking birth control pill and antibiotics. She informed me that I wouldn't get pregnant by taking both. The birth control dose of the pill (any form of it) is very strong the antibiotics just weakens the birth control very very little. Only way I could become pregnant is if I didn't take my pill at the same time everyday or if I totally missed a day of taking it. If I were you I would just ask your doctor and see what she says.
