OH nipped out to get some last minute Christmas presents and has took home a birthing ball for me, as his mum told him they were good for starting off labour!! I'm pretty skeptical!! Anyway how long is long enough to be on it and do I just bounce ☺

You can do circles on it or bounce, I've been using my 20-30minutes a time, but however long you want basically @gillz_90 xx
