I had to pretty much exclusively pump for the first 5 weeks due to engorged breasts and latch issues.. it was just so difficult I'm a DD and she was only 5 lbs so tiny wasn't working out. so for all that time I bottle fed breastmilk. meanwhike ive been pumping 2x what she drinks and just freezing the other half for when I go back to work. Around 6 weeks regular breastfeeding became much easier so we started that and bottle feeding only once or twice in the day if I had to go out. Now she has trouble accepting the bottle if I go out or if her dad wants to feed her and I still need to pump at least 2-3 times a day in addition to nursing her bc I feel so full she's not emptying enough. (3oz every 2 hours for bottle/30 mins nursing every 2 hours)
Any suggestions for her accepting bottle again?
Should I be worried about supply & still needing to pump?

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared...

So I got this awesome bottle warmer that has a cooling chamber so you don't have to go to the fridge for a bottle. My husband told his co-worker about it and she asked why we needed it if I'm going to breastfeed. He said its for when I start pumping so he can help with feedings at night. She then said he shouldn't have to get up and help because I don't work.
Waking to feed?
My dd is a week old and I was told by her doctor to wake her every 2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to feed her. For the first 3 days I did that and when I would wake her fit a night feeding she was fussy and usually wouldn't go back to sleep and would want to nurse constantly until about 9 am. I tried not waking her last night and she slept beautifully! She woke up around 6 hours in and ate then slept another hour or so and ate again. Is it ok to let her sleep?
Bottles / breastfeeding
For those of you that breastfeed and pump/bottle feed what kind of bottles do you use? I breastfeed and only use the pumped milk when I go out or if my boyfriend feeds him at night. So he basically gets one bottle a day but the bottles come out way to fast for him and get all over him, I've tried dr browns and the Medela bottles but neither are slow enough. I feel like he's gonna choke. Help.
