Still waiting to be released from hospital :-( have been waiting over an hour for someone to show me how to use an electric breast pump. I've had troubles with my left breast and now it's so sore and solid poor baby can't release it anyway! I've had a hot shower which released some, and hand expressed a bit, but it's still solid! Any tips??
